Description:               Plastic saddles for secondary line derivation

from main lines of PE, PVC or PP for irrigation, high-pressure conveyance of water, chemical solutions and slurries.

Range:                        Clamping part from Ø 20mm up to Ø 200mm, threaded part from Ø 1/2″ up to Ø 4″.

Pressure Rating:       16 bar at 20°C for Ø 20 up to Ø 63 mm saddles,

10 bar at 20°C for Ø 75 up to Ø 110 mm saddles, 6 bar at 20°C for Ø 125 up to Ø 200 mm saddles.

Materials:                   Body:Polypropylene copolymer PP-B

O-Ring : Elastomeric rubber

Reinforcing Ring : Aluminium or Stainless Steel Bolts : Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel

These fittings are suitable for use in potable water supply systems.

The fittings are suitable for exposure to sunlight (UV) and give excellent chemical resistance.
